Beyond Teeth Whitening System (USA)

At Dental Clinic "Dr. Botev" we offer professional teeth whitening procedures changing the yellowish color of the tooth, due to smoking, drinking of coffee, wine, etc. No anesthesia is used for the procedure. The procedure takes about up to 30 minutes.

After whitening, for at least two days it is not recommended to smoke and to drink colored drinks (as wine for example). The drinking of very hot or cold drinks should be avoided.

General Anesthesia
It can be used by the decision of the dental doctor and if the patient prefers painless treatment. It ensures that the patient is conscious but does not feel pain of fear. General anesthesia is used and proved under the supervision of anesthesiologist.

Metal Ceramics vs. All-ceramic restorations

Lately, all-ceramic restorations are more and more recommended by the dental doctors. The metal ceramics has its advantages but often causes problems with the time. Sometimes the gums shrink and the metal under ceramics becomes visible. It is possible the ceramics to fall down and the metal basis to remain. Some patients suffer from allergies and the use of a metal in the mouth is not recommended.
That is why many patients choose all-ceramic crowns, bridge frameworks, copings, in-lays and on-lays. They are long lasting, strong and aesthetic. But having much more advantages it has to be kept in mind that their price is also higher than the price of metal ceramics.
